With our client being interstate, communication and trust were an essential element of this project.  The original bathroom was leaking and in this case the rectification was a bathroom renovation to reapply waterproofing membrane.  Knowing the renovation was not planned meant the budget needed to be modest but the results to be worth the unexpected undertaking and improve the property value in the process.   Working with our client to decide on their colour palate and preference for fixtures, option of styles were presented for review with the final concept of white/grey with cararra marble effect as the feature has resulted in a serene space that elevates the property.

Our role as principal contractor involves coordination and contracting of all sub-trades required for the works.  For a bathroom renovation not only are plumbers needed, which we have 4 Team members qualified in, but 7 other trades also need to apply their skill to the room.  Working with the demolition crew, our team also get involved to ensure the room is stripped out and prepared ready for the desired layout.  Once the room is prepared the next phase is plumbing for set of fixtures.  In this case we removed a bath that was crowding the room and had left only a small shower.  The brief from our client was to make the shower luxurious through space and glazing.  The vanity basin also needed to be 1500(w) with  double bowls to account for the growing children that would be using the space.  The toilet room is seperate and previously had the original tiling pattern, as it was right next door we included it in the renovation to ensure a streamlined look was achieved.

Our trusted trades of electrical, plastering, waterproofing, tiling, glazing and painting them flowed through the room each applying their quality skill and experience to the process.  The trades are managed to ensure flow of the job and timely completion along with quality assurance and preparation for the next trade.  Most of our trades have worked with us for over 10 years and you can tell a streamlined team working together has bought this project to such a quality finish.
